We have been using "Active Directory Attributes Sync" in some business process to lock and unlock accounts. For instance when HR puts in an Off-Board ticket with Immediate Termination, Jira will automatically Disable the User account without IT Interaction.
We are looking to move to the Cloud version or DataCenter version of Jira. I would rather go to the Cloud version if there is similar functionality. Found this but I don't see anything like Group or user account management.
