Unlink Google Account from my company email

I have created a Google account using my company email (primarily to sync Chrome to the cloud), but I've ended up logging in to Atlassian using the Google account button and using my company email.

I've realised that's wrong.

I should have signed up to Atlassian using my company email as a normal email - not my Google account version.

Every time I try to sign up with my work email Atlassian says my email is associated with Google and I'm just stuck.

How do I unassociate my email from it's google account and just use my normal work email?

Google and Atlassian accounts are linked via the email address you use for them.  You can create a Google account or an Atlassian account or both linked together by using the same email address.

The two accounts are not related to each other in any way other than the email address.  If you want to disassociate them, you have to delete one of them.

Where are you stuck?  What is the problem you have here?
