Is this an error that keeps occurring each time the rule runs, or did it happen only once?
Can you provide screen images of the entire rule, please?

Hello Attached appear the Automation rules and the Audit log view image, not happen again the error and in the Audit log appear that rule is executed successfully, if we received any error message again will let you know. It is strange since not allow me to add my images!

If you see the error again we will need you to expand the Audit Log entry and provide all the details within it. Example:
Anyplace where you see an ">" button you need to click on that to expand the details below it so that we have all the information.
Please also provide images showing your entire Automation rule, if you need additional help.

Also, if you want to reopen non-logged ticket, you don’t need JQL at all. Use smart-values instead (no indexing/JQL service needed).
Trigger: Issue transitioned → To status: Done (or your terminal status)
Condition (Advanced compare):{{issue.timespent}} equals 0
Actions:
Transition issue back to In Progress
