Undoing an import

By mistake I have done an import without doing a backup of the projects that were already on my Jira, is there a way to contact the support so they could help me with retrieving the lost projects? I saw other people saying that it could be done through direct contact with support but I do not have this possibility.

Hi @Michał Bazan , 

as far as I know, on the free plan you do not have the possibility to get in touch with Support, so I'd say that your projects are gone unfortunately.
