Hello,
after migration from Jira 8.9 to Jira 8.20, we notice that every time the "Comment" section is expanded, Undo/Redo arrow buttons duplicate. Bug seems to be in Wiki style renderer that renders the entire "Comment" window.
Even removing all plugins and disabling all Wiki style renderer macros didn't solve the problem. Also tried to clear JIRA caches ($JIRA_HOME/plugins/.bundled-plugins, $JIRA_HOME/plugins/.osgi-plugins, $JIRA_INSTALL/work/*, $JIRA_INSTALL/temp/*) but with no success.
Does anyone meet the same bug? Can this bug appear due to some mistakes in the settings?

Is this happening to all users? Have you tried clearing your browser cache?
@Brant Schroeder Yes, this is happening to all users regardless of their group membership. Tried clearing browser cache, tried in "Incognito" session but no luck.

@Aleksei Ermak have you tried running in safe mode to see if that resolves the issue? If it does then you know it is an app and you can enable one by one to fond out which one.

@Brant Schroeder yes, I tried safe mode and even removed all apps, but unfortunately it didn't solve the issue

@Aleksei Ermak This one has me stumped. It is happening to all users in all browsers and is not due to an app. Are you running any custom JavaScript?
