After applying a filter to my JXL report in Jira, the report won't give me the option to bring back to items I didn't select in the results I wanted to see in the one-off report.
For example, the original report shows all the tasks that are 'done' 'in progress' 'to do'. However, I filtered under just 'in progress' and 'to do' and now the report won't give me the option to show/ bring back the 'done' items. Please would someone mind advising? Thank you in advance.

From your description of the problem, I assume that this is unrelated to the sheet scope, which you probably did not change. It sounds more like you might have applied column filtering to a Status column, and are trying to unset that now.
Find all Status columns in your table (you might have multiple added) and check if the [filter] icon in their column header is highlighted. If so, click it and in the column filtering menu that appears click Clear.
To check and clear all column filtering at once, click the highlighted [filter] icon in the status bar below the table and choose Clear all column filters. If the icon isn't highlighted, no column filtering is enabled.
In that case, it might also help you to go through the steps outlined here https://jxl.app/docs/guide/troubleshooting/#can-t-find-some-work-item-in-sheet to identify the cause of the problem.
If that still doesn't help, feel free to get in touch with us at: https://support.jxl.app
Thanks,
Daniel
Hi @Natalie Keane , thanks for your post.
It sounds like you need to modify the filter in the JXL sheet to include all of the Status Categories - https://jxl.app/docs/guide/managing-sheets/#sheet-scope
Please check out the documentation and see if it helps you.
Best wishes

Following this guide (filter option), has now brought up ALL work items under one project. I now can't reserve it. Please would you mind advising?

Hi @Natalie Keane , thanks for your reply.
I think you should be able to apply the changes made to the scope of the filter here and then save -
Is this what you meant?
Cheers
