I'm trying to understand the relationship between the "Work on Issues" permission and work log-related permissions in Jira. Specifically, if the "Work on Issues" permission is disabled but the "Edit Worklogs" permission is enabled, should users still be able to edit work logs?

As the name suggests, the "Work on Issues" permission seems essential for managing work logs in Jira. If this permission is disabled but other related permissions, like "Edit Worklogs" or "Delete Worklogs," are enabled, should users still be restricted from editing or deleting work logs?
