When opening the jira homepage, creating a new button in the upper right corner and creating a issue, the issue window cannot be loaded.

We've just moved an old Jira Server to a new machine and experience the same issue with one user only.

same problem occures by one of my users. is there a solution or why is it marked?

Okay, I found this in the logs:

QuickCreateIssue!default.jspa [c.a.j.web.action.XsrfErrorAction] The security token is missing

Logout and new login worked.
