Unauthorized Access and Theft of Project Code – Request for Log Records

Krzysztof Borowiecki
March 9, 2026

How to report a serious issue regarding my project hosted on Jira. I have been collaborating with a colleague for approximately one year on a startup project called Waitles. Recently, this colleague has unlawfully taken control of the project, stolen the IP, and restricted my access to the Jira project and related resources.

I am seeking your assistance in the following matters:

How I can request and secure all available logs related to project access, changes, and activity to document this incident.

Guidance on any measures Atlassian can provide to protect my intellectual property and account during this dispute.
