Please check if any of the workaround fixes the issue. Usually this issue occurs when user directly paste the image files into the comment box.
Thank you @Rilwan Ahmed for the response. Above workaround apparently didn't help. But restart of a windows service ( Umbrella roaming client) followed by machine restart did resolve the issue.
