Unable to view actions for issue

I am using Chrome. When I go to the issue, either within the sprint or as a separate window, when I go to the upper right and click on the 3 dots or "Actions", I am not able to view all of the actions. Please see both screen shots below.

Testing on my local site on a next-gen and classic project with Chrome Version 81.0.4044.138, the "Actions" show correctly.

What is the version of your browser?

Can you test using an incognito window?

Is there any change if you change the zoom on Chrome?

Hello,

Those did not work. I had to set the scale on my desktop to 125% under the Display settings. It was previously at 150% which is the recommended scale on my Dell laptop.

So, when changing the zoom to 125%, does it work?

Testing on my local site using Chrome on Mac, it works changing the zoom from 100% to 200%, that's why I'm asking.

Does it work on another browser?

Is it happening to other users that use the same laptop and settings as you?

Yes, when changing the display to 125% it works and I am able to view all the actions.

It works on other browsers now as well when at 125%. It did not at 150%. 

I can't confirm whether anyone with the same laptop / settings have had this issue.
