Unable to view Custom field in screen

Hi

I am facing one issue we one custom field( Approval Date), and it is configured with a secure field.

In the Permission scheme, I have permission to a particular field to access after that, also I was unable to view it on my screen.

It was configured on the screen schema also.

  • Does the custom field apply to all issue types or a specific one(s)?
  • Did you make sure to add it to the create/edit/view screens?

@Tinker Fadoua The field is added as global context and in every screen the field is added.Date.png
