Unable to vie the comments on an Jira issue

Hi Team,

I cannot see any comments in my jira issue and getting below error

Error rendering 'com.atlassian.jira.plugin.system.issuetabpanels:comment-tabpanel'. Please contact your Jira administrators.

Jira Version: 9.12.18

Check the logs on the server.

Most likely it's related to an app used, the app could be outdated or not working anymore on this version.
