Unable to upload a new version of my app from 2016 to marketplace

So i updated my app I had on the marketplace in 2016 to work with jira 9 (back then it  was Jira 6 and 7) but i cant create a new app as it says the package name is already in use and i cant create a new app with modified packagename due to end of life of DC.

Can anyone from Atlassian check this?

The old package name was: 

<groupId>et.seleniet.jitest</groupId>
<artifactId>jitest-jira-plugin</artifactId>

You will need to reach out to Atlassian Support for this.

Here in community, most of us are Atlassian users like yourself, not (necessarily) employees of Atlassian. We don't have access to your environment.
