Unable to type in the comment area

when I type on the " comment " area , the "foucus" will go to other area, that prevent us typing.

Jira has posted the incident on the Jira Status page, make sure to check out and track the incident here: https://jira-software.status.atlassian.com/

So far my best workaround is to type in Notepad and copy them across, a bit of additional work but can't ask for more. Hope they can fix it soon.

Workaround until this solved

• turn off keyboard shortcut
  • this will prevent unintend action on issue full page
  • but focus will be still lost
• comment on short form(?) of issue
  • go to issue list (backlog, timeline, etc)
  • selecting specific issue will show you a short form on the right
  • writing comment on this will not cause focus lost
