Unable to trigger the web request of jenkins whenever there is a change in the status of the issue

Hello We have a use case where whenever there is a change in the status of the issue a Jenkins job has to be triggered. For example if the status of the issue changes from in progress to in development a web request must be send to Jenkins. For this we created a webbook and an automation rule is also written. Unfortunately we are getting error saying as follows. Can anyone help us in moving forward with this issue.
