The requested resource is not available, following this tutorial https://developer.atlassian.com/docs/getting-started/set-up-the-atlassian-plugin-sdk-and-build-a-project/create-a-helloworld-plugin-project

Even though it says this on cmd

[INFO] [talledLocalContainer] Tomcat 8.x started on port [56387]

Have you tried http://localhost:56387/jira?

I would expect somehting like

[INFO] [talledLocalContainer] Tomcat 8.x started on port [2990]
[INFO] jira started successfully in 272s at http://Win81-Lindenhofer:2990/JIRA

if it runs on port 2990.
