Unable to start free trial of JIRA Premium

Our team is interested in doing a trial of JIRA Premium, specifically for the purposes of cross project management. We want to continue with our monthly billing following the the 30 day trial. At this team I don't see a way to actually start the trial.

Do you already have a Jira subscription at a non-Premium level? What level are you currently at?

If you want to change your existing subscription to the Premium level that needs to be done through the Billing options at https://admin.atlassian.com.
