Unable to signup to create new account

Hi,  we are trying to signup for a new account , but not receiving any emails when I try to sign in or reset password.    This is blocking us and is extremely frustrating user experience.

Email being used is mbhatt@saasaudit.ai.

I understand how it is to be blocked by an email issue when trying to set up a new account. While I cannot directly access or resolve internal Atlassian system issues or specific user accounts, I can provide the most common reasons:

Your issue is related to email delivery and not the Jira Cloud signup process itself.

  • Please check your Spam, Junk, Promotions, or Other folders
  • Ask your IT/Email Administrator to "Whitelist" or allow emails from the following domains and IP addresses: Domains: *.atlassian.com and *.jira.com

  • Verify the spelling when attempting to sign up.
  • Wait for 2-4 hours (or up to 24 hours if the issue persists).
