Hi, we are trying to signup for a new account , but not receiving any emails when I try to sign in or reset password. This is blocking us and is extremely frustrating user experience.

I understand how it is to be blocked by an email issue when trying to set up a new account. While I cannot directly access or resolve internal Atlassian system issues or specific user accounts, I can provide the most common reasons:
Your issue is related to email delivery and not the Jira Cloud signup process itself.
Ask your IT/Email Administrator to "Whitelist" or allow emails from the following domains and IP addresses: Domains: *.atlassian.com and *.jira.com
