Hi,

I've created the "Create JIRA Issue" custom button in Salesforce with the code provided by JIRA/Atlassian. Problem is there are no Projects or Issue Types to select in the dropdowns. Any suggestions on how to display those values? I'm assuming this is due to something on the JIRA side either configuration, field-level security, etc?

Thanks for the assistance.

Andy, 1st check your mapping and mapping scheme definitions. then make sure you have setup the link to the scheme in the project. (Project Mappings option in the project summary). that one caught me.

I'm not familiar with the Salesforce link, but you need to make sure whatever ID is being used to connect to JIRA has the appropriate permissions to view the projects. JIRA doesn't support field level security.
