Unable to see the report dashboard in eazybi?Accessing to the page is forbidden?

I have got an already created project to manage further and i am new to JIRA admin, being an end user i was able to see the dashboard reports on eazybi but being an admin now i m not able to see the same. getting an error called Accessing to the page is forbidden?

Can anyone help me on this to get this resolved.

He need permisisons on eazyBI account.

Go to EazyBi>account>Users>Add account user

and check this: https://docs.eazybi.com/display/EAZYBIJIRA/Account+users

It seems that user doesn't have an appropriate role for the eazyBI account.
