Unable to see team project

I am a member of a Jira team but I'm unable to see the project that we are working on. Does the administrator need to give me access to see the team project?

The short answer is, Yes. The project administrator needs to grant you access to the project.

welcome to the Atlassian community.

This could be, e.g if you would have a team-managed project that is set to private (When a project is private, only Jira admins and people you add to the project can see it in their project directory or its work items in search results)

Think you should reach out to your admin and clarify that
