I thought I was unable to create sprints because when I click "Create sprint" seemingly nothing happens. However, I learned that others can see the sprints that I am creating (I accidentally created a bunch because they weren't showing for me). I turned off all filters, logged out, restarted my computer, turned off chrome extensions, etc. and nothing has worked. My Jira admin has confirmed my permissions are the same as the other users who can create and see sprints.
