Unable to see normal view of JIRA Ticket Window

Please check and assist me to retrieve normal JIRA Ticket Page View 

I am not able to check ticket comments.

From the screenshot shared, I see this is not Atlassian Cloud  jira. Atlassian Cloud jira URLs will have https://XXXXX.atlassian.net.

1. can you please let me know what version of Jira DC/Server are you using ? 
2. Is the issue only for you or for all users ? 
3. Did you try accessing jira in different browser, incognito mode or by disabling all add-ons ?

Hi @Rohit Mukane ,

This is something to do with your browser/laptop cache. Also as said earlier, this is not an Atlassian cloud jira. 

I would suggest to do all steps below mentioned and retry in different browsers like Chrome/Firefox

1. Log out from your jira
2. Clear all browser cache , Follow all steps mentioned in the link.
3. Disable all browser add-ons/extensions
4. Restart your laptop/Desktop
5. Re-login to Jira i.e. https://jira.rakuten-it.com/jira/
6. Access the ticket and recheck

If still issue exists, then your local system admins can help you on this.
