Unable to see epic colour

Hi, I'm unable to see epic colour.

Environment
Jira Software 8.17.1 (Data Center)

Have you cleared your browser's cache? Is this happening in all browsers? Is it happening to more than just you?

Yes it is happening in all browsers, and happening to more than just me. I have done a reindex as well but doesn't seem to help :p

@Marlene Koh It would not have anything to do with the index but with the install CSS or JavaScript. Clearing your cache did nothing?
