Unable to see commit PR info under Development section in Issues

I have setup Jira - Azure DevOps integration using azure-devops-for-jira from Marketplace. But, whenever I commit a code with the Jira issue id, the commit info is not shown in the Jira issue.

 

Interestingly, the build info and release info are shown, but not the commit or PR info. Any insights into this?
