Recently created dashboard to view parent tickets and linked tickets. In dashboard, linked tickets are stricken of if they are closed, but same is not shown in downloaded excel sheet. need help on how to stricken link tickets on downloaded excel sheets.
how are you downloading to excel? if you are running a JQL query and then exporting then simply exclude closed issues. Maybe I'm missing your requirement here?
