Unable to see attachments in Jira even though I am an Admin

I am an Admin of my Jira instance, but I am facing an issue with attachments.
I have added around 70 attachments to an issue, however I am not able to see them.

I have already checked permissions, and since I am an Admin, I should have access.
Still, the attachments are not visible.

Has anyone faced a similar issue?
What configuration or permission should I check to resolve this?

Hi @Sharad Dadarao Chate and welcome,

Since you have added the attachments to the work item you have the proper permission "Create attachment" so it doesn't look like it is a permission issue. By the tags it seems that you are on Premium which would mean that you have unlimited storage.

70 files is a lot! It could be that the indexing in Jira takes some time and the preview might not be visible until it has finished.

There is a default limit of 1GB per file (can be configured up to 2GB) but i think you should get a warning when trying to upload files above the set limit.

Give it some time to let the indexing finish and check back on your work item.

Let me know how it goes,

Best regards,
/Staffan
