Hi I have tried several suggestions on this page like changing the subfilter or perform a bulk change (transition) via Issue navigator but I do not have the user rights to change the subfilter and I do not have any options to bulk change.

My current roles as a Jira (v8.6.1) user are:

1. Business Ambassador

2. Business Analyst

3. Project Manager

4. Solution Tester

I suspect it has something to do with the (lack of) user rights I have. Can anybody help me with this issue?

Hi Redda,

If cards have been Released, they need to come off of the board. The board administrator should add this to the sub-filter:

fixVersion in unreleasedVersions() OR fixVersion is EMPTY

This is standard practice and should solve your issue.

Thanks Ollie for the quick reply, as there are different categories on the Kanbanboard that share the done collomn so I'm searching to find a way to manually make a transition for selected issues from the Done collumn, I have seen the administrator do it but it seems I don't have the same option.

It seems that you need to contact the board administrator to create a quick filter for you.
