Unable to remove TestRail Connection

Those new to the Atlassian Community have posted less than three times. Give them a warm welcome!
I am trying to configure TestRail with Jira but when I uninstall the plugin the previous connection still persists and application.properties in the server don't show anything but on the cloud-hosted instance, a connection is still visible.
How can i remove the older connection to get a new connection established.
