Unable to "Add Steps" in Jira (tick icon is not working)

I have to create a UAT and I want to write test details for this like Test steps, Test data, and Test results. But when I write text in these fields and click the 'tick' icon to Add Steps to enter my text in the next step. Then my whole text is empty (which I wrote in the previous step) and could not add steps.

What test management app have you added to Jira to support this?
