I enabled the Jira Server Slack integration but when I invoke the command /jira_server #issue it shows "Sorry, I couldn't understand this command..."
When I paste an issue URL into a channel, I don't see a preview either.
I understand from a previous answer from @Luiz Silva that the integration intentionally doesn't resolve issue information in externally shared channels by default but I get the message in a private channel (to which I've added the integration app) and in the integration app itself.
Is there an additional configuration that I'm missing?
