If we are seeing error codes that means internally their DevOps team hopefully are as well! Pretty sure more than 1 ticket has been logged by now. But looking at this Atlassian Status they haven't updated their board. Paid version alone it seems for ticket logging. Community and status board view is the best we can do it seems otherwise it just takes you to the knowledge base
