The community is not Atlassian Support.
On topic, Atlassian Support will not grant you access as well, contact your Atlassian Cloud admins, or if your are one, you can do this.
I suspect you are talking about project in Jira, access to the project (or grant yourself access if you are a product, site or org admin, otherwise ask and admin)
You local IT should know who manages this, if you are not an Admin.
Atlassian wil never grant anyone just access to a Cloud instance
