I am not able to open the timline (the one to which you navigate to through "More"-> "Connections"; not the one that only shows the Epics.
Ich get this Error Message, when I try to open it:
Hash WZFWRR
Trace 89d0ecc91c1245cf9deb3db7c5c6bef2
To raise a support request at Atlassian Support, as suggested by @Jean Horn , you need to have an admin role in the instance (space admin does not apply).
So reach out to your Jira admin or Organization admin.
But on the side, can you try an incognito window or other browser, does this work.
Then clear you cache and cookies and check for active browser plugins (ad-blockers, etc...)
Hi @Schütz_ Annika !
Sorry to hear you're running into that issue! A "Hash/Trace" error like this usually points to a temporary backend snippet failure or a browser/session cache conflict.
Since trace errors are internal system exceptions logged on Atlassian's end, sharing that specific Hash (WZFWRR) and Trace ID with Atlassian Support will allow them to trace the exact error in their logs immediately.
Hope this helps get your timeline back up and running!

Sorry to hear you hit a snag with the support form! That usually happens if the system is expecting just the prefix or the exact URL format registered under your Atlassian account.
Here is a quick way to get your ticket through:
Hope this gets you through to them quickly!
