Unable to open PDF attachment on JIRA ticket (from JIRA app on Mac)

I attached 2 PDFs to a ticket (on the JIRA app on my Mac)

My co-workers don't even see these attachments (from JIRA through Chrome). 

I am trying to open them to screenshot them and send them over, but when I click (or right click) the PDF, nothing happens. 

I am on JIRA Version 104.1.0 (104.1.21)
