Unable to navigate to parent task from sub task

On our Jira, we are unable to navigate from the sub task to the parent task using the breadcrumb at the top of the issue details view.

Javascript error in the console:

Uncaught TypeError: (0 , t.onIssueKeyChange) is not a function
    at Object.onParentClick

This is really annoying!!!

Hi @software_apex-networks_com -- Welcome to the Atlassian Community!

Other community posts showing this type of error appear to be related to problems with add-ons.  Have you checked with your site admin to determine if there are any issues with an marketplace add-ons you are using?

If there are none, I recommend submitting a support ticket to Atlassian:
