Unable to move ticket or publish workflow / Internal Server Error (bump)

Dany Jupille
March 27, 2025

Hi,

This is a bump to question 2960720 which basically got no answer.

I get 500 errors when trying to move tickets or publish workflows.
I cannot access the logs of the error as we are using the Cloud solution.

The last log reference was: 74d76af0-6ac3-40eb-aa94-26f9c75fe83b

Could I know what's the problem from the logs? Thanks in advance.

Best regards

Not gonna lie it's starting to get annoying.
We don't have direct access to the logs alright. But may I please get them from the reference?

Hi @Dany Jupille

I will let the atlassian team know about this. However generally to look at logs you would want to open a ticket on support.atlassian.com to work with an engineer. This maybe a limit though of the free plan in regards of support they offer which is unfortunate.

Best,

Clark

Hi @Clark Everson

Thank you for your answer.

I went by support.atlassian.com indeed. But in the end, since this is a free plan, it said to ask for help here.

Best regards,
Dany Jupille
