Was there a change in workflow of Jira ticket status. We have an issue with our
"India IMP Kanban Board". We are are unable to move the tickets in progress.
For tickets under new column Only these options are available Backlog, Discard, On Hold. Ready for development, Abandoned.
We need the below options - To Do, Analyze, Analyzed, Develop, PO approve which were available earlier to the team until last Friday (26 Sep 2025).

I understand that you are unable to transition the issues to certain statuses as they do not appear in the status transition.
To confirm if there have been any modifications made to the existing Workflow, the site admin can review the Audit logs (Settings > System > Audit Logs) and search for the affected Workflow or missing statuses.

Thanks Swathi, I do not have admin access. Would you be able to provide a solution for this? How to fix the missing statuses

The statuses could be missing due to various reasons such as changes made to the existing workflow, adding Workflow validators to restrict the transitions, etc. However, to identify the cause and the next course of action, access to the workflow, audit logs would be helpful.

From the screenshot, it appears that the status has been removed from your workflow, or some conditions are added due to which you can't perform that transition.
The Atlassian community is a public forum of fellow Atlassian users. We can't access your site directly to troubleshoot such issues, but can only share suggestions based on the available info.
I suggest reaching out to your admin, who can raise a support ticket if they see some unexpected behaviour or can't trace the issue.
