Unable to move Filter columns which is out of view after upgrade to 8.5.0 from 7.13.4

Those new to the Atlassian Community have posted less than three times. Give them a warm welcome!
I'm unable to rearrange the columns for those added and is display out of view (requires user to scroll horizontal bar).
See steps to reproduce in below screenshot:
From the console, below shows abnormalities:
The customfields mentioned were added in 7.13.4. Although console shows error on these fields, I was able to rearrange them as long as it within the FOV. Anything out of this, dragging or just a mouse click attempt to drag will bring user back to FOV before scroll to right-most.
Please help.
