Unable to modify field parameters in Scripted Issue Picker

I have created a Scripted Multiple Issue Picker. When I go to Configure--> 

Field parameters:

Modify field parameters here

I am getting the below error message. I am using the admin user account. Kindly help to get this issue fixed. Same is the case with Single Issue Picker as well.

Error Message:

<status><status-code>401</status-code><message>Client must be authenticated to access this resource.</message></status>

Have you followed this documentation and examples : link. 

You can modify the field parameters but you should use a behaviour. Have you done that?
