Unable to migrate the product to another organization

Hi,

I wanted to create a new Jira software product (site), but accidentally created a completely new organization. I tried to update the URL and create a new product in the old org, but turns out the system does not delete the old URL and redirects it to a new one instead.

So, I'm trying to transfer the product to the main organization but I am not able to do that either due to the reason mentioned below.

This feature is unavailable for your organization. To transfer your products to another organization, contact support and raise a ticket under the category Technical issues and bugs.

What would be the best approach for my issue?

@avanish since you are on a free plan not a whole lot you can do.  We could try escalating to support here and seeing if it is something they can help you out with.
