Yes, I am site admin. we installed the application and trying to sign up.
I am using this for first time. i signed up to the site and tried to login it not worked. later I tried changing the password. no use
Oh I see you went through the process but now you are unable to login.
Please click here then raise a ticket. I am sure Atlassian will be able to assist you since it is hosted on their servers.
