Hi Team, I was logged out from my Jira account. While logging in with my registered organization email id verification code was sent out. But I am not receiving any code in my mailbox. Tried it couple of times, didn't help. My work is stuck due to this issue. Please take this on priority.

There was an incident on our end for OTP verification email issues for users yesterday. This is fixed now and you should be able to receieve the otp.

You need to contact your Jira, site or org admin from your cloud instance.
Here in community, most of us are Atlassian users like yourself and we don't have access to your environment.
