Unable to login to Jira account

Hi, 

Few of the users are trying to login to Jira with credentials it is redirecting to Choose or add another account. For troubleshooting, we cleared cache, tried in various browsers too and also removed a user from the project then re-added back to the project. Still we are facing the same issue.

Thank you for reaching out to Atlassian Community!

Just to make sure that we are on the same page, I would like to confirm if users are trying to log in directly to xxxxx.atlassian.net or xxxxx.atlassian.net/servicedesk/customer/portals. 

I'm asking because I saw that your site has Jira Service Desk and if a user tries to log in to the portal, it won't work because it's a different account.

Please, ask the affected users to login using an incognito window to make sure they are using the correct account to log in.
