Unable to login to Jira Cloud Android app

Hello. My org uses Jira Cloud with SSO (GSuite), and I have been unable to login to the app for 6 months or more. In this time, I have downloaded new versions of the app as they are released, new major versions of the Android app, uninstalled and reinstalled the app, but nothing. 

I know there were issues with iOS, as well, but as those now seem to have been resolved, I'm frustrated enough to open an Atlassian request on it for help. 

Thanks in advance for any assistance.
