Unable to login to JIRA

Unable to login to JIRA software, self-hosted and unable to receive the email to change the password, please help.

My email is nabeel@rosetta.com.pk please send an alternate way or link to change the password

@Futurematrixif you are an admin, please use that guide:

If you are a user, please ask your admin to change/reset your password.

Actually I am the administrator and unfortunately I am unable to get login. I have tried all the possible passwords but remains unsuccessful. Could you please help
