Hi - Several users are not able to login to our JIRA instance  [company].atlassian.net/login and cannot login to contact support. 

I see there's a historical incident recently. http://status.atlassian.com/incidents/kz9n65qlcljd Anyone else experiencing the same problem?

Hi Valerie,

It seems like at that time we were experiencing an outage. Whenever you are having errors within the Cloud instance or with any of the Atlassian products you can check stauts.atlassian.com to view the outages.
