Unable to login on Confluence

Hi,

All users can log in to Confluence except for 1 user. They even have the same groupings/access.

They are all part of the Active Directory Server Directory. 

This user can view/browse the page but when he tries to log in, it says.

The following error(s) occurred:

• Sorry, your username and/or password are incorrect. Please try again.

@Ysaac James SalaoSo  may be this user is typing  the wrong password make sure that  user is typing  the right password,   try to  reset user  password  and try again.

Already solved the problem, the confluence server directory isn't align with the directory of the Service Desk.
