If I understand the problem here, you are trying to use this iPad app called Board for Jira, but you are unable to login here.
While this app is not something that Atlassian directly supports, I took a closer look at the details about it from that link above. On it I found that it states it was created to be use with Jira 6.0 and above. That version is specifically a Jira Server version number. And from looking at the screenshots of it, it certainly appears to be used for much older versions of Jira Server. I don't believe this app is currently maintained for one, and two I don't think it was every designed to work with Jira Cloud.
From what I can see of your account, it looks like you are using a Jira Cloud site. As such, I would not expect that this application actually has compatibility with Jira Cloud at all. Our cloud platform of Jira is considerably different than the Server product is today.
That said, if you are using Jira Cloud, and you want to see your Jira Cloud data on a board in a mobile app, well you are in luck. Atlassian does offer a Jira Cloud mobile app for iOS and Android's Google Play store. Perhaps you could use this application instead to see the desired information.
